Print on demand (POD) means your item is not printed or embroidered until you check out. All new items in this drop are POD. This helps prevent over ordering and the waste that comes with it. You're doing the planet a favor. ❤️ Shipping may take a little longer, but I have never had anything take longer than a week and a half to get to me.

We get it - shit happens. If you need to process a return, please shoot us an email at orders@lesspolite.com with your order number and reason for returning. If items arrived damaged, please attach photos to your request.

Here's some stuff you should know first:

• You have 7 days after delivery of your item(s) to contact us to begin your return.
• Returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. This does not have an expiration date. :)
• Unless items arrive damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). 
• Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit in the form of a gift card that doesn't expire.
